Yesterday we were preparing a place for Tbilisi Guix Meetup and one of the residents of hackerspace brough an arm thinkpad. It's the first RISC laptop I see in person that feels modern and satisfying.
@piggo@delitrem I also a bit afraid that I'll spend days fixing arm-related stuff, but it seems the arm-related bug in fibers is fixed: https://github.com/wingo/fibers/issues/83, so I can use our Arei Scheme IDE without additional hussle and fix the rest, when it appears.

Armbian Update gemacht => ZFS geht nicht mehr, weil Paketversionen inkompatibel sind.
Armbian-Leute wissen Bescheid, aber haben kein Interesse, das zeitnah zu lösen, weil die Version fürs Rock64 nur "Community maintained" ist und sie andere Prios haben.
Ich lasse es mir eine Lehre sein und verzichte wohl dann bald mal auf Armbian. Oder kaufe dann doch was x86 mäßiges, weil mir das Gefummeln und Gebastel mit dem Ding eh schon zu viel Arbeit gemacht hat. 🙄
@thomas Ok, die Abhängigkeiten können einen manchmal in den Wahnsinn treiben. Habe letzthin ein Ubuntu mit MySQL aus dem Community Repository von Oracle aktualisiert. Gab da auch Probleme mir den Abhängigkeiten. Lösung war aber, den abgelaufenen Apt Key zu erneuern. Dann funktionierte alles wie gehabtm. Zum Glück war das System virtuell und ich habe bei Beginn einen Snapshot gemacht 😉
