@foone I'd go up an order of magnitude at least, you wouldn't need it that big for 3k. The little TV repair sized hv probes you probably saw around in various places are made for like 30

@foone I love that it has a pressure gauge! I wonder if it also came with a can of Freon to top it up like the old Tektronix HV probes?

@Jencen @foone we normally use the hanging ones like HD Electric makes for that, on the end of a long fiberglass pole and class4 gloves.(I guess greenlee owns them now, but they kept the name)

I expect that the probe is scaling the voltage down for the multimeter (this is what HV oscilloscope probes do).

@domi @foone that looks like a standard fluke meter. I haven't used this particular model but I've used similar.
