The fine is way too low. Ought to be 10 to 20 times as much.

The employer should pay for all medical costs incurred.

The employer should do prison time, about a year.

Financial punishments won't deter US businesses.
Maybe they will even write them off for tax purposes.

Prison time for the guy where the buck stops, that will draw their attention. 😇

Also that fine doesn't even cover the cost of an #ambulance drive in the #USA, nor is the compamy.seemingly required to pay restitution and assistanve for said person for the rest of their life.

And that's why said job would be illegal in #Germany to even offer to minors!
