@mhzmodels@mhzmodels nice! Always thought the IIc/IIc Plus with the floating CRT design was one of their best. And of course the IIgs, with that neat keyboard and external 3.5” …such cool industrial design.
My mom had a IIe that I used sometimes when I was just a toddler. This was back in 1985. I was obsessed with playing Alf with the joystick.
Never even knew any of the other Apple II computers existed until about 1996, when I saw some in our schools computer lab. They felt very outdated compared to our Performa at home, or even the Mac LC III machines at school. Of course we all wanted to use the "newest" computers.
Really regret not exploring them more back in the day.
Like you I’m also keenly interested in #retrocomputing and computing history in general. I grew up during the #C64’s heyday less than five miles from #Commodore headquarters. I’d love to see more artwork featuring their products.
