While his #legal arguments keep failing in court, even rulings against him aid his goal of #delaying any federal trial in DC until after the presidential #election. Today the DC Court of Appeals said Trump attempted to commit crimes while in office and is not above the law and can be tried for crimes committed.
This engages the 14 A and Trump is or should be auto disqualified.
