Funny how often my favorite picture from a hike isn't even one I would've put in my top 5 while I was out there. This one definitely fits that: I was out at Hocking Hills, and here I am loving a picture with no water in it at all. But despite that I like the depth, the rocks, and the light playing through the trees.

Saw a friend from last year at Clifton Gorge for my first visit of the year! The light was perfect, the water was fierce and gorgeous, and I got lucky enough to watch it get a catch! I saw it perk up and managed to switch my shutter speed just enough to catch the moment.

More from Florida. The sun put on a show for us. I really like how the clouds make it seem like the sun is a planet with swirling rings, it gives it a feeling and a mood reminiscent of space games like NMS or Starfield

Had a short getaway to Florida, which inspired me to get the camera out. This was a very colorful sunset on Anna Maria Island. We got lucky with weather while we were there!

There wasn't much water in the waterfalls while I was there, but I could still appreciate the work the water has been doing for thousands of years. This was one of the larger rock cavities, but not even the main feature of that area.
