The map was created using Sentinel-2 satellite imagery and enhanced with a shaded relief map using Copernicus EU DEM data, with the help of #Blender and #QGIS.

Of course. These gaps are whitespaces that represent vertical space in typography. When rendered, a whitespace character does not correspond to a visible mark but typically does occupy an area on a page and is used to separate paragraphs.
