@ct_bergstrom Thank you so much! I love Fp4 and Delta 100. For medium format, I usually prefer FP4, and for 35mm I err towards Delta, although happy to use either.

Where San Francisco's water supply comes from (it's delicious!)

Hetch-Hetchy reservoir in the northwestern part of Yosemite National Park. It's gorgeous and has far fewer people than the mainstream Yosemite areas.

Really enjoyed building this niche (with vertical stones in the back). Felt like doing something a bit different and I like how, visually, the vertical lines really make the niche its own wee space.

A lot of drystone that may seem complicated from the outside is really just about taking a step back, not getting ahead of yourself, and being meticulous. Having some really great feature stones helps, too, of course. This niche is 20cm wide, 30cm high, and is a lovely addition to this structure.

Please, please excuse the quality of this photo. It was scanned from a print and was from the very first roll of 35mm (Minolta/Fuji) I ever took, I think in 1983.

The locale is a hills-and-mountain vista from a road that runs along the base of the Santa Lucia mountains in the mid-Salinas Valley, CA — across the highest mountains you would find access to Big Sur.
