Are civil servants allowed to be this based?

Get fucked Elon! As a Tesla owner I will be boycotting Superchargers until the strike is over.

IMO an engineer should be able to develop a complex system which an entire company could potentially be based upon.

A developer who isn’t an engineer would focus more on individual libraries, apps or tools that don’t necessarily require the mindset of an engineer to design and maintain.

This looks like a lot of fun to use, I loved the example from What If, so many units!

Are you thinking of going for oat scrambled eggs or egg porridge?

Its a valiant attempt at being a smartass but it falls down since this is clearly produced in the US for an audience in the US.

How did you clean it? The user manual says to simply wipe the outside with a damp cloth, no disassembly and no water.

It has gone so wrong because liberalism has failed. We need political movements which serve the people, not the corporations.

They’re talking about the rendering speed, not the playback speed.

Matter 1.2 is a big move for the smart home standard (www.theverge.com)

Matter — the IOT connectivity standard with ambitions to fix the smart home and make all of our gadgets talk to each other — has hit version 1.2, adding support for nine new types of connected devices. Robot vacuums, refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers are coming to Matter, as are smoke and CO alarms, air...

I feel like there’s something fundamentally wrong with a messaging protocol that needs new versions to support new device types or features.

Something like MQTT certainly wouldn’t require that.

I won’t be switching away from ZigBee/MQTT for Thread/Matter any time soon.

Bluesound is great IMO, no built in microphones which was important for me, good sound, integrates well with HA.

I’ve got a smaller speaker in the kitchen and a larger one in the lounge.

The text is just completely incorrect in this case. “Hold your finger” doesn’t in any way instruct the user to use the fingerprint scanner so the developer shouldn’t be surprised that its not understood.

When will they update the companion app icons with the new logo?

IMO it was a pretty average, totally fine blockbuster film.

It had some massive plot holes, like the nations of advanced AI being extremely stupid, not networked together and having no surveillance.

It just could have been much more interesting and better written. I wish it took some inspiration from the AI in The Culture books, that’s a much more nuanced take than “humans made of metal and electronic bits”.

I think the quality of Moon lights is very high, my one got lost but I liked it a lot while I had it. Cateye lights are alright. Avoid Lezyne, I’ve had them crap out on me.

The ultimate is a dynamo setup, but that’s more expensive/complicated.

Yes, the Model Y is the best selling car in Norway ever, but your smooth brain knows much better than everyone who has been in the market and purchased one because it was the best option for them.
