Whenever I hear politicians talking about trusting the British public to do the right thing come the general election, I'm reminded that every year dozens of people in this country take part in a race, which is essentially just falling down a big hill behind some cheese.

Yet more people mid-fall - one is upside down impressively
People realising they've made a mistake
Oh no. Why did I agree to do this?

This isn't hyperbole. Vote out the GOP in STATE races

The GOP is so close to be able to call an Article V Constitutional Convention at the state level & rewrite the entire damn thing, authored by the Federalist Society, & there will be nothing anyone can do

Do you really want these insane laws they're passing in red states to be hard coded in the US Constitution?

Do you really want the US billionaire oligarchs to buy a constitution they are happy with?

They just need 34. Almost there. #USPol

“This change comes after celebrities and billionaires voiced concerns over their flight data being too easily accessible online.”

Great, can the rest of us get some kind of bill that limits all these tech shitheads from tracking all our fucking lives? No? Right.

When the oligarchs want something from , they get it within weeks. When the rest of us want something, we’re shit out of luck.

For those who aren’t aware, Microsoft have decided to bake essentially an infostealer into base Windows OS and enable by default.

From the Microsoft FAQ: “Note that Recall does not perform content moderation. It will not hide information such as passwords or financial account numbers."

Info is stored locally - but rather than something like Redline stealing your local browser password vault, now they can just steal the last 3 months of everything you’ve typed and viewed in one database.
