What is the idiomatic/preferred way in #Rust to return Errs and then determine in a calling function what the cause of the error was? I'm asking this in the context of an application (not a library). So far I am using anyhow and I'm wondering how I should be handling errors properly. downcast_ref?

In languages like Java you would create exception types and group them by inheritance. In the called you could then do an instanceof check.

@protonmail So all mail is encrypted when it reaches my inbox, but it seems that this only applies to the text body and not the headers (incl. sender and subject) and – unexpectedly – also the file names of the attached files!

Prove me wrong, but strings should not be comparable to booleans. How many times have I forgotten to wrap an expression in "{{ }}" only to have it assign a string to a variable not a boolean. I wonder why it's always true at the other end…
