I work in a used books shop and read mostly Science fiction and fantasy, but not exclusively.
I game a bit, but wouldn't call myself a gamer. My favourite game over the past several years is #TheLongDark

Interested, but not very knowledgeable about Walkability, 15 min city, rewilding.

I have some issues with physical pain as well as social anxiety.

Went to see "Run Lola Run" in the theater for the 25th anniversary.

I've seen this movie a LOT of times on video, but never in the theater, and I really enjoyed it.

A lot fewer distractions, easier to hear the quiet parts of the soundtrack, and of course, the resolution is better.

Also, one of the narrative devices in this film is the texture -- which indicates evidentiality. Easier to see in the theater.

#TheSilenceOfTheGirls sounds (well, you know what I mean) like a very interesting book. Saw the Swedish edition, as well as the second in the series (in English) in the shop today. I have a mile high TBR pile, so I never brought them home.

I should have, shouldn't I?

Currently reading #Machine by #ElizabethBear and enjoying it.

Just finished #TheGoldenEnclaves by #NaomiNovik, and loved the whole #Scholomance series.

@stux I picked weekly, because it varies so much. Sometimes it's many times a day, and others it's less than weekly. Not really a social media type of person (whatever that would be)

Looks like the game runs on Linux. I got it running on Steam anyway, without doing anything special.
Sunnyside is a , but a bit different compared to games like . There is a demo on Steam, but backers have been able to play the full (but still pre-release) game for a week or so.

I just installed the version of on my machine, using . I've never played any of the earlier games, only Fallout 4, so this will be fun. I hope.
Seems to run fine.

Got both Fallout 1 and 2 on GOG as they are on sale there right now.

My phone just popped up a suggestion from YouTube about a new type of drone. Before even checking what it might be (something from students in Zurich), the first thought that popped into my head was if it was something #Ukraine might use.
