However, it’s really despairing how far from reality every gringo and european’s assessment of Sheinbaum is.

She’s a climate scientist just in name, her administration destroyed wetlands in Mexico City to make asphalt roads and parking lots.

Jewish? She is whatever lie she needs to tell people to gain votes: devoted “guadalupana”, atheist, a Zionist, an antisemite, pick and choose.

I have heard so many times people say oh in this country now if you are not woke you can do nothing.

This is a very gross oversimplification. I live in a conservative neighborhood not by choice. Because I am trans If I decided to be myself, it means that if I ever attempt to start a compositing community service. I will always be the fagot that they will shun.

Starting a service around those people means that you will have to explain to them that you are not the landfill, you are just trying to make our local area better than when I found it.

So no when you are #lgbtq in the USA it is not easy to live in harmony with the people who are supposed to love thy neighbor.

This is why we preferred to start an online account to inspire people to do this.

Most of the year this account only speaks about compost. Our goal is to inspire a few people to be the change and understand how they can help the world by developing composting systems at home or for their community.

But you also have to understand that your host is a #lgbtqia person who has to hear a lot of horrors year-round about #trans people. Being #transgender means that a lot of the people on earth don't want you to exist at all.

This is why we celebrate #pridemonth to remind you that there are more important issues on this planet right now.

By a domino effect, a few people can inspire a lot of others to develop the right habits so that we don't mess up this planet.

I often think of Hillary Clinton and how we had to hear about crooked Hillary and her emails.

I can't imagine what they would have done to her if she had been found guilty and convicted of a felony in any trial.

That is what patriarchy looks like and really there is nothing great about it.

Because I decided to practice daily #yoga at the beginning of this year, I am able to do 3 hours of mowing with a push mower in a row and not be messed up after this.

I am getting close to 50 years old, I am not exactly young anymore. My body used to be in such a bad shape that what I did today was impossible.

Yoga has changed my life and yard work is not a concern anymore.

My practice is a mix of yin yoga and the asanas that will relieve any tension. For this what I do is look for the asanas and try them. Some of my favorites are those that relieve the back like the child pose.

It has completely fixed my back which was in very bad shape. My legs also had a lot of tension because of 10 years of cycling.

I wish I knew that Yoga could be such a help earlier I would have taken better care of myself.

The extended child pose is one of my favorites with the arrow lunge.

My goal is to be able to do the advanced asanas that I can't perform yet but I can do most of the beginner and intermediate ones.

I have a bumblebee nest in one of my piles.😍 It is an all black bee, so it doesn't photograph well. Composting builds habitat for wildlife.

Our account goal is not to be popular. Our goal is to inspire a few people to be the change about composting and hope that with a domino effect, they will inspire others.

This is why we have decided to stand for a few topics that are not related to composting.

We want LGBTQIA people to feel included here as I have myself a few letters of the umbrella. It is about to be #PrideMonth and we will celebrate this event.

We stand for the fact that the #climate crisis is a reality. We don't understand why we should follow the feelings of a few old men who are destroying this planet in the name of greed. Fuck that.

Also if democracy is about to be wiped out from the USA we will remind Americans that freedom is never a one-way road. Freedom should never be a privilege for a few people.

That is the best way to do it, the reason for this is that you can troubleshoot your pile. If it is underbalanced you can quickly fix it instead of having to throw away the mess.
