Here's a tiny questionnaire for those of you that use non-Latin scripts:
What script do you use (besides Latin)?
How do you use this script on a keyboard? (Do all the glyphs fit on a single keyboard, or does it require a special software input method? Is it handled by your apps or by your operating system?)
By answering this, you'll help me consider some things for a hobby project of mine (which I probably will ramble more than enough about here in the future). Thanks a lot 🥰

ß is direct access on the German keyboard, it’s the key to the right of the zero on the number row.
On the French keyboard, à, é and è are direct access, but to type â (château, castle), ê (être, to be), and ô (icône, icon), you have to hit the ^ key (the one on the right of the p) and then your vowel. @gregorni
Ha !
Working on a #python#django project that suggests installing pillow from the distro and has it commented out in the requirements.txt
Before I fix this, is there any good reason why it would be preferable to get this specific dependency from the distro, installed system-wide?
It always feels weird when a command or URL contains three times the same word, even though it is correct and meaningful.
E.g. git clone gnome:GNOME/gnome-builder or its matching address https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-builder
Hey @koalie Youtube just told me about a few recent Shakey Graves studio releases (which I guess are alright), but then more importantly it gave me that 11 year-old gem I had not previously seen!
Here comes #Fractal 7, with extended #encryption support and improved accessibility. Server-side key backup and account recovery have been added, bringing greater security. Third-party verification has received some bug fixes and improvements. Amongst the many accessibility improvements, navigability has increased, especially in the room history. But that’s not all we’ve been up to in the past three months. Read the full release notes at https://flathub.org/apps/org.gnome.Fractal
