Here comes 7, with extended support and improved accessibility. Server-side key backup and account recovery have been added, bringing greater security. Third-party verification has received some bug fixes and improvements. Amongst the many accessibility improvements, navigability has increased, especially in the room history. Here's a tiny questionnaire for those of you that use non-Latin scripts:

  1. What script do you use (besides Latin)?
  2. How do you use this script on a keyboard? (Do all the glyphs fit on a single keyboard, or does it require a special software input method? Is it handled by your apps or by your operating system?)

By answering this, you'll help me consider some things for a hobby project of mine (which I probably will ramble more than enough about here in the future). Thanks a lot 🥰

ß is direct access on the German keyboard, it’s the key to the right of the zero on the number row.
On the French keyboard, à, é and è are direct access, but to type â (château, castle), ê (être, to be), and ô (icône, icon), you have to hit the ^ key (the one on the right of the p) and then your vowel.

I've spent the night doing some FOSS logo design work at @adhami's request!

Logo for a projcect called "Wideboard". The logo depicts a whiteboard which is "extended" with more boards on its sides. The background is blue.

I’ll let you in on a secret: I love sporadically updated weblogs. I subscribe to over 1200 feeds and most of them are sporadic or even technically “inactive”. Months often pass between updates

It means that every post published was important to the writer

Back in the days of snail mail, letters that began with “It’s been a while since I last wrote to you” were the ones people cherished the most

You don’t need to post every day or even every week to have a blog that matters

@formidableinc ce serait sans doute beaucoup plus simple de traiter le SVG dans Inkscape, l’exporter et l’importer dans le traitement de texte, si ce dernier est nécessaire.

@formidableinc alors j’ai sorti hier soir ta remarque, qui m’avait initialement semblée pertinente, et on m’a expliqué que :

  1. c’est plus que le nombre actuel d’actifs, mais
  2. ce n’est pas du tout les actifs actuels qu’il y a dans ces 43 millions, mais les personnes qui ont fait un passage par Pôle Emploi (ou ses autres incarnations) au cours des vingt dernières années (qui peuvent être des actifs actuels ou pas)

I am curious about strandberg guitars. Has anyone tried one? I am concerned about why the maker chooses a plastic nut at the price point. Why not graph tusq? Maybe I’m overthinking that.

@ambergrey I own two (Progressive 7 and Classic, both from the NX line). You may have missed the fact that they have a zero fret, which makes the nut fairly irrelevant.

    Ravi de voir la bonne nouvelle concernant les #SUV à #Paris, dans la même veine que les récentes décisions concernant l’extension du stationnement payant à #Strasbourg. Cependant, avant de chercher à faire paye davantage ceux qui sont en règle, si on sanctionnait ceux qui ne le sont pas ? Toujours autant de #GCUM et toujours rien de fait contre ça.
