Help needed on #German #colonial #history in #Africa!

I found this image below in the Frankfurt UB colonial photo archive without any description. It shows a group of #Africans and #German #colonial soldiers in front of a building with a #barbed wire fence.
Does anyone know of any context? During the #Herero and #Nama #Genocide in #Namibia maybe?

    Wenn ich es nach kurzem querlesen richtig verstanden habe, sind die Kosten fürs Fahrrad vor allem Gesundheitskosten durch Unfälle, bei denen wiederum Autos häufig eine Rolle spielen. Bei besserer Rad-Infrastruktur sollten diese Kosten also zurück gehen.
