I do remember taking my swim lessons as a very young kid but I don't remember what it feels like to not know how to swim. I have some adult friends who don't know how to swim and always wondered what it would feel like to learn as an adult. Since my post-reboot fitness routine has a lot of cycling and running I figured maybe I'll add swimming and try for a triathlon. In the past I was amazed at how much more gassed swimming made me feel. I figured it was because it is such a full body exercise or inefficient technique due to being very rusty. Looking at the breathing technique issues brought up here I think it could be a bit of that too.
