Caffeine is GOOD, but it's no substitute for sleep.
My dog and the open windows are teaching me that I can sleep in small dozes throughout the night, and still live.
It's different, though.
I wonder whether dying feels like too little sleep. Brain doesn't work all the way, then less, then not at all, by imperceptible degrees. #caffeine#sleep

Awoke with a headache and stiff neck after a fitful night. Advil and Arnika should help. How I'd love to have an uninterrupted nights rest. I'd gladly settle for more than 2 hours at a clip. On the plus side, was greeted by a thunderstorm when I awoke. Just a gentle rain with occasional rumbles; nothing extreme (they're due this afternoon). I’m mostly listening to the following bands right now, I suppose kind of drone / doom / stoner / dark ambient #metal. It’s kind of comforting, like being under a very heavy weighted blanket with a sleeping mammoth on top of it:
Har lige fået de nye #soundcore Sleep A20 hjem og glæder mig til at teste dem på min snarlige rejse til Korea.
De ligger helt flat i øret og er bløde så de ikke irriterer. Dermed kan man sove med dem i. De fjerner støj og kan samtidigt enten spille musik eller et lydlandskab (white noise, regn, tog, tastatur, og mange andre) man selv kan samme sætte. De kan selv slå over i lydlandskab 2 timer efter man er faldet i søvn og vækker roligt en igen når alarmen går om morgenen #gadget#travel#sleep
