Well, I tripped twice, ate the ground one of the times, had back spasms, and some slight asthma, but other wise, a good "reduced effort" trail run. Woof.
Didn't have time to post my morning run. As dumb as it sounds, I'm glad I can still do #runs like that (14km with an average under 6min/km). The perceived effort was not much, which is great!
I have a fear that we lose our fitness real fast, and post run recovery scares me a little bit. (I know it's good and I still do it, it's an irrational fear).
Weather was awesome! It felt freeing to just run, no goal in mind, and just improvise a path along the way!
