Anyone know a good #piccrew or similar to test out colors/designs for an OC, esp a vtuber kinda thing?

I have some vague ideas and I'll be working with a real artist but I'd like to work out stuff as much as I can myself first.

I know a few color palette sites but nothing specific for character design.
