I joined the Biden Administration because I believe in fighting for a better America, for a future where Americans can thrive: one with economic prosperity, a healthy planet, and equal rights for all people. I have dedicated my career to candidates who I believed would further this vision.
The #WashingtonPost had her resignation on the front page, plenty of coverage in the international press, but the #NewYorkTimes does not appear to have covered it at all.
The #NewYorkTimes saying the quiet part out loud. What they and many other self-proclaimed advocates of ‘free speech’ want is not to be shunned or criticised for their views. But freedom from the (predictable) consequences of your actions is not a right. It’s a privilege.

"Let me say this plainly: The Times poll is intentionally Trump- and conservative-leaning, both in how it was structured and how it was promoted. There may be fine reasons for this, but they are not discussed anywhere. And its data contains some eyebrow raising anomalies that it either glosses over or ignores completely."

Students active in campus protests value Al Jazeera’s on-the-ground coverage and its perspective on the #Israel - #Hamas war. They draw distinctions between it and major American outlets.
A fmr White House aide who worked closely w/ #Trump returned to the stand to testify about a significant meeting between Trump & #MichaelCohen his personal lawyer that is at the center of Trump’s #criminal trial.
#Trump’s vanity & actual (despite his “enemy of the people” propaganda) affection for the #NewYorkTimes front page is front & center as the defense displayed a photo depicting then-President Trump saluting on a tarmac — though the article it accompanied is not flattering — the headline: “#Tax Plan Sows Confusion As #Border Tensions Soar.”
Nonetheless, #Westerhout testifies that Trump sent copies of it to many people, indicating he liked the photo (& probably didn’t read it)
Margaret Sullivan on how New York Times, with Joe Kahn as editor, is asserting its "independence":

Paul Waldman on how, when the New York Time is challenged to acknowledge the power it wields in framing thought and setting agendas, it pretends to be powerless and "objective." It wants to claim, as editor Joe Kahn did in a recent interview, that it's just reflecting what people want. But:
