BOY, she’s one tough little narcissist.
Alas, story is false.
"Through my tenure on the House Armed Services Committee,” she wrote, “I had the chance to travel to many countries to meet with world leaders.
" I remember when I met with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. I’m sure he underestimated me, having no clue about my experience staring down little tyrants (I’d been a children’s pastor, after all).”
"We look for loneliness inside our heads when its source lies all around us, in the destruction of collective life, the erosion of communal bonds, the ruin of civil society, the squeezing of public spaces"
Good for Andrew Scott, halting his "Hamlet" soliloquy speech until a man in the audience put away his laptop, on which he was typing away while the play unfolded, totally oblivious to the fact that Scott had halted the performance as the oaf typed.
What are people thinking?
Obviously, that they are the only people in the world, and no one else matters.
