It's now impossible to have a UK General Election on May 2 with the Mayor and Council elections. So it looks like being October on a date that will make Uni Student votes difficult due to registration problems at the start of term.
The Council, Mayor (2-May) and General Elections (Oct) this year are really important. Tell your family, friends, colleagues to get registered, get Voter ID, apply for proxy or postal vote if necessary. Help them do this.

And no, it’s not just COVID-19. Plateau started in 2011, decline in 2017.
Also, it seems kind of ironic that the woman who said "If you believe you are a citizen of the world, you are a citizen of nowhere" should announce her intention to stand down at the next election on International Women's Day!
