Letztes Wochenende war #Klimafrosch mit auf dem Kongress der @S4F in Bonn. Gemeinsam mit einer Kollegin habe ich dort einige Elemente aus unserem #BNE Fortbildungsangebot für Lehrkräfte vorgestellt. Obwohl wir den Turbo einlegen mussten, weil die Zeit knapp war, haben wir sehr positive Rückmeldungen bekommen. Das Feedback zum Gruppenpuzzle "Heizen" wird noch eingearbeitet. Dann stellen wir die Materialien als #OER zur Verfügung. #FediLZ

Nicht ganz #BNE im klassischen Sinne: Am Donnerstag waren #Klimafrosch und Kind mit bei meinem Habilitationskolloquium zu #CarbonCaptureStorage .
Es waren sehr viele interessierte Menschen da - nicht nur aus der Universität.
Ich habe viel positives Feedback bekommen. Es ist auch deutlich geworden, dass die Skalierung nicht so einfach ist und wir wirklich Emissionen drastisch und schnell senken müssen, wollen wir der #Klimakrise entkommen.
Und ich bin jetzt habilitiert 👩‍🔬 🎓

A few years ago @TashTaylor and I were shocked to find some pliosaurs swimming in the river. An artwork had been set up using projectors to create a surprisingly realistic impression of marine reptiles swimming just below the surface, and we had walked right past the sign. I think it should be made permanent, without signage, and Brisbanites should swear not to tell any tourists, but to look afraid if any mention the creatures in the river.

I may not be the best photographer, but every now and then I manage something I'm proud of! I met this cheeky pied butcherbird (Cracticus nigrogularis) a few months back. They thought they could score some of my food if they looked cute enough! Unfortunately tea and fruit bread probably aren't their preferred food!

Made the hike out to my favorite coffee shop before end of year, Hideout!

They are serious coffee nerds. I love that they run multiple batch brews (I'm a filter boy) and will chat to you about your preferences. They even have clothing and merch!

Neben der Vorbereitung eines Schul-Workshops zu #BNE und #Digitalisierung, der Weiterarbeit an Prüfsteinen für #Blockchain Anwendungen, einem Input zu #Ressourcengerechtigkeit und einer Diskussion zu gemeinschaftlicher Betreuung der Verbands-IT durch Haupt- und Ehrenamt hatten wir vor allem auch eine Menge Spaß! (inkl. vegane Snacks, die sind auch sehr wichtig!)
