I don't know who's working on that, but it's not in the 2023 roadmap that Ernest has shared in the sidebar - and it rightfully doesn't need to be a main focus at this early stage. Hi there, the Artemis private beta rollout has just started! @hariette will be emailing 50 signup sheet users, while @lilkev will be adding 50 users from Artemis Discord. The order will be based on the submissions to the private beta signup form, as well as general activity within the Artemis community....
Artemis might use a swipe gesture to visually hint at the relation between upvoting and boosting, as shown in the main animation. Here's a static app mockup with both swipe levels displayed. I'd also imagine that there should be a setting that auto-upvotes posts when boosting.
Tipp Nr.30: Achte vor dem Kauf neuer Geräte/Technik unbedingt auf Fallstricke. Diese können sein: App-Zwang, Cloud-Anbindung etc. Nicht jeder »Scheiß« muss mit dem Internet verbunden sein. Wenn die Hersteller dann pleite gehen, sind die Geräte meist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Vorausschauendes Einkaufen kann das verhindern.
ARD, ZDF und Co. lernen nicht dazu. Bei der ZDF-Mediathek ist die »erforderliche Erfolgsmessung« immer aktiv, also nicht abschaltbar. Und bei der ARD wird nicht einmal eine Einwilligung eingeholt, sondern gleich Google Crashlytics eingebunden. Da muss man auch erst klagen, bevor man sich an Gesetze hält. Traurig. 😔
Benötigt man unter Android wirklich eine Antiviren-App und weshalb benotet die Stiftung Warentest das Datensendeverhalten der Apps im aktuellen Test 07/2023 so unkritisch? Es gibt erhebliche Zweifel an den Testergebnissen. 👇

Ein Kollege meinte heute, dass #Bluesky besser aussehe und besser zu bedienen sei als #Mastodon. Ohne den Vergleich zu kennen, meinte ich, dass das sicher auch an der App liegt, die er nutzt.
Er nutzt #iOS und ich weiß, ich habe die Frage schon mehrfach gestellt, aber hier ändert sich ja auch andauernd etwas: Also welche #App kann man ihm fürs iPhone empfehlen, damit #Mastodon besonders gut funktioniert (und vll. auch noch besonders hübsch ist bzw. hilfreiche Extras hat)?

If you update to iOS 16.4 and "add to home screen", that version (called a PWA) will have full notifications and background/offline support!
For those with the PWA already added, you may need to go into Settings> Notifications> and enable push notifications.
kennt jemand eine Web-Software, mit der man Gutscheine verwalten kann? Das ganze soll idealerweise OpenSource, für Linux und zum selber Hosten sein. Wenn die Software ein paar Euros (50 .. 100 €) kostet, ist das aber vermutlich auch ok.
Kunde soll per Webformular Gutscheine kaufen, bezahlen, ausdrucken und verschenken können. Der Beschenkte kommt, löst den Gutschein ein und das Personal kann den Gutschein prüfen und damit entwerten.
So mal ganz grob, wie ich mir das Prinzip vorstelle.
Weiß da einer von euch was oder kennt jemanden, der was wissen könnte?
Kennt ihr es auch?
In eurem kleinen Kaff gibt es keine oder nur unzureichende #Fahrgastinformationssysteme ?
Sofern Du Besitzer eines #Android Telefons bist, muss das nicht mehr sein.
Wichtig: Je nachdem, wo Du es downloadest, muss ggf. das Installieren aus unbekannten Quellen zugelassen sein.

Falls ein anderer Entwickler das cool findet und daraus eine etwas modernere App mit paar Funktionen wie Haltestellen-Favorisieren, Zuhause, Arbeit etc. machen möchte, gerne hier mitteilen ;)
