I released Pigeon (https://pigeonwatch.app / https://apple.co/3Jk3Sby) for watchOS, at the start of 2023, and updated it significantly within this year, with a major update coming soon too. That said, thats not iPhone or iPad, so maybe not what you're looking for.

Meanwhile, Sunlight (for iOS) was updated this year with StandBy support. (https://apple.co/3RlnFw2)
