Well I said I might slow down with releasing stuff but here we are...
I've been working on lots of Stardew Valley mods recently, and I used to use a great mod called GameSpeed that let you change the rate that the game runs at,, but sadly it's incompatible with the latest version.
So, of course I did the only normal thing to do and taught myself C# and wrote my own implementation of the idea for SV 1.6! :blobfoxcomfycomputer:

I started playing Stardew Valley again only this time on the SteamDeck. The controls are going to take some getting used to because they do not feel natural at all. The top rated community layout is one that mimics KB&M but I've never liked using the trackpads for mouse movement.
Oh well, I'll just have to keep working on it until I find something that works. Can't wait to see the Version 1.6 stuff.
Dieses Wochenende hab ich endlich mal wieder mehr Zeit zum rumgammeln und entspannen und jetzt auch endlich tiefer in die ganzen #Stardewvalley Neuerungen reinzuschauen.

Bin jetzt am Ende meines ersten Sommers auf der neuen Farm (die mit Tieren und Hühnerstall zum Start) und freue mich schon sehr darauf, was es noch alles Neues zu entdecken gibt :D
An all-day Stardew Valley marathon unintentionally happened today! It was nice as I got to explore more of Ginger Island and conquered that bastard of a place Volcano Caves to find a delightful surprise.
I've been trying to save money so that I could fully upgrade my home, however, the call of the decor catalogs was too strong. I must increase the amount of farming I do so that disposable income is plentiful!
For the first time, I made it to Ginger Island in Stardew Valley!
I was excited this morning; the enemy density leaves much to be desired though in the Volcano Caves. It was a struggle to survive the onslaught with multiple flying enemies attacking me while ground-based baddies made it hard to avoid those flying bastards.
I will sally forth and wreck those who oppose my forward momentum!
Yup, def can't get it to work 🥲 I'll need to configure it so that the steamdeck output is captured by my laptop and then the audio connects through there. But that requires another capture card. Sigh.. 💸💸💸
