I went for a #walk and a big man walked towards me and began to hit himself with his palm. That scared me a lot! I've seen him once. At that time he hit the glass wall of the bus shelter hard with his palm. It's probably impulsive behavior he cannot control. 🤔😬 #scarystories#suomimastodon Look how much we have snow in south #Finland at the moment.
I just heard — hands down — the best zombie story ever told.
It's not scary; it is wildly clever and I can't recommend this quick read/listen enough... if you have #Audible, give this a listen. And if you don't, (consider getting Audible bc all the cool kids have it and at a bare minimum just for the time being) track down Andy Weir's short story "Anti Anthoxiant."
The Necroloupe is a legendary tree believed to grow near graves and cemeteries. Often referred to as the "Grief Tree," it's thought that its roots draw sustenance from nearby corpses, and its fruit is said to hold the hidden wisdom of the deceased. Esoteries such as "the Necroloupe (named after the tree)," hold this tree in high regard, seeing it as a symbol of knowledge transcending death. Some claim to have tasted its fruit, absorbing insights from the world beyond.
