Thrilled to share that a multi-institutional team I'm co-leading was awarded a SCHEV grant for a #megaSoTL multi-institutional research and faculty development project about teaching and learning with AI. Subscribe to get updates and invitations to participate in research and opportunities to review the teaching and faculty development resources the team creates!
Good tribute to #BrianMcBride of the superlative #StarsOfTheLid here. I saw #SOTL live at the Barbican in London many years ago & it was one of the greatest musical experiences I’ve had. RIP Brian

One of the lesser known but hugely effective packages from #PsyTeachR is markr. Developed by @debruine and @HelenaPaterson, and a little bit by me, its function is to create individual feedback documents, for students, from spreadsheets and other types of input. Check it out below and please ask questions if interested.
I'm trying to create a survey to ask students about their experience talking to people outside of a class about what they are learning. The class is an intro to sustainability. Does anyone know of any studies along this line in higher ed? I'm trying to look at the impact of intentional prompts on open education practices focusing on social networks for interaction, peer-learning, and empowerment of learners (Cronin, 2017) @academicchatter#AcademicChatter#sotl
