The latest eruption in Iceland stopped a few days ago after 54 days of activity.
However, land rise due to magma inflow underground of the Reykjanes Peninsula continues, and experts expect a new eruption soon. As they predicted, when the first eruption occurred on the peninsula a few years ago, this activity could continue for decades.

Apparently land uplift was detected again yesterday. The increased lava flow could be due to the magma that was causing the uplift now finding its way to the eruption site.
If you rewind the live feed to 15:20 (edit: the time on the screen from the webcam - not the YouTube video time) you can see when the lava overflow starts. Takes a few minutes. I’m no expert but it looks like increased activity.
Looks like part of the spatter cone collapsed or the amount of lava being erupted has increased. Lava is flowing out of the cone much more noticeably right now.
Même s'il ne reste qu'un cratère, l'éruption n'est pas encore prête de cesser. Malgré un débit plutôt "faible" (environ 5 à 10m3/sec), les experts ont constaté qu'il reste encore une importante quantité de magma sous Svartsengi qui alimente le couloir de lave avant de sortir par le cratère. En 2021, la première éruption dans le secteur du mont Fagradalsfjall avait duré 9 mois. Qu'en sera-t'il de celle-ci ? Bref, le secteur reste trop dangereux pour effectuer la moindre ouverture au public...
