On day 4 of prelim examinations for 6 #Republicans who signed the false certificate in MI, MSP Capt Darren Green, said he was interviewed Thurs by the #FBI & 2 US prosecutors from DC.
Capt Green was at the #Michigan Capitol when a group of #FakeElectors attempted to enter the building on Dec 14, 2020, to present their document to the MI Senate. Green said the interview Thurs focused on the electors.
Just before Green's remarks, Howard Shock, an agent of MI AG #DanaNessel's office, testified that he had outstanding #subpoenas or search #warrants for info as part of an ongoing state investigation into the false electors certificate.
WI’s AG filed charges against an aide & 2 attys who advised Trump over a meeting of #Republicans who claimed to be the state’s 2020 presidential electors even though Trump had lost the state.
The charges are the first in WI related to the meeting of electors. Prosecutors have separately charged Republicans who were involved in similar efforts in #Arizona, #Michigan, #Nevada & #Georgia.
@Lana@lulu It’s also just plain wrong. As bad as US health coverage is, it was far worse before the ACA, which we got by VOTING in Democrats. We’ve had billions of student debt forgiven & an overhaul of how income-based repayments work because we VOTED in Biden & he didn’t give up when his 1st plan got killed.
I live in #Michigan, where VOTING has brought major change in recent years.
One shouldn’t vote if they don’t want to. Saying it doesn't work is just bullshit.
