Did anyone play the Clone Wars GameCube/PS2 game? It had this really awesome multiplayer mode, that was basically like a mini-strategy battle lots of fun
WHY did Dolphin feel that they had to have the Wii private key hardwired in the source?
Are all the isos/roms in circulation dumped with encryption intact?
Seems like they should have been decrypted at dump time?
Was there a reason thats not feasible?
I followed the Wii hacking scene pretty closely back in the day, even dumped my own WIi discs at one point. But didn't realize Dolphin had the private keys in the sourcecode.
It’s taken way too much time to get this set up, but I can finally play Eternal Darkness again! Short of re-buying a #GameCube, which I do not have the room for, this is the next best thing: a modded #WiiU with Nintendont and a GCN controller via the Mayflash adapter.
I own the disc but you can’t rip the tiny GCN discs using the Wii U, so I downloaded the iso file. Forced widescreen and 480p, emulated memory card slot all running off the microSD card!
Japan #GameCube with component cable (for 480p) connected to a manual component/composite input switcher (the other input is a region free DVD player from 2008). The switcher outputs to the TV and a soundbar that can play back the Dolby Pro Logic II soundtracks on games such as Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes. #nintendo#retrogaming

So I finished #MetroidPrime back in the #Gamecube days, and I am now playing remastered on the #Switch, and I can’t figure my way out of the tutorial area. man I am rusty at this now.
