These were three wonderful #DoctorWho specials. I laughed, I wept, if there was room behind my couch I would have leapt into it.

David Tennant was brilliant (although these days I am liking him better as #Crowley ) and Catherine Tate just shines.
#NcutiGatwa oh all good spirits! Imagine playing his first appearance as the Doctor in naught but a shirt & pants (in the British sense of 'pants') -- and it works!! 😳
A few things I have found incredibly rejuvenating which bring joy to my life:
A healthy diet, mostly whole foods.
Walking, at least 5 times per week for at least 5000 steps. Either while playing Pokemon GO or listening to something interesting about spiritual topics.
Daily Duolingo. Sometimes twice daily. Just sharpening the mind.
Reading the Bhagavad Gita, or some other spiritual-focused text.
Pokemon every day, in some form - console games, mobile games, card game, anime, manga, making up Pokemon lineups, working on my fan fic dedicated to my brother, etc.
Intentional Family Time, whether it's watching tv or a movie, reading Calvin & Hobbes comics aloud, going to the Pool together, etc.
Journaling and Meditation. Trying to figure out this Prayer thing again, too.
