In Hamburg-Eimsbüttel gibt es ab Februar jeden letzten Sonntag im Monat einen sympathischen Flohmarkt, die Stände sind ausschließlich Anwohnern vorbehalten, das hält die professionellen Abzocker fern, die mittlerweile fast jeden Flohmarkt übernommen haben.
Ich habe was Wunderbares gefunden. Man sollte ja meinen, dass es "Vier gewinnt" schon Ewigkeiten gibt, Nein, 1973 erfunden, 1974 von MB lizensiert und verkauft. Für sagenhafte 5,00 Euro bekommen. Natürlich vollständig. 🥳
Finally played some #Azul, a simple game (in terms of rules) offering variances in combinations and strategies to keep things interesting. My scores for the first 2 games were 61 and 71 - both I won which added to the fun (for me at least) 😂
I started over on my first #solo game of Scholars of the South Tigris as I was playing a portion wrong.
I can totally see why the weight is over 4 on BGG; there are a lot of things going on and you have to have a lot of foresight and planning to make things work out.
Hopefully I can finish tomorrow night and see how bad I lose.

Bought the #boardgame#Karak. It is essentially a monster & loot simulator like classic (simplified) D&D. Seems fun, though of course highly dependent on luck. A good roll early on gives you a +3 axe, and you'll breeze through the rest of the game. Also, the Seer character has significant advantages as far as I can see so far. Well, no big deal. It's adventurous, highly replayable and kid-approved.
Wahrscheinlich kennt kaum ein Mensch noch dieses Spiel. Ein simples Würfelspiel mit ein paar Hürden, wie die gute Gertie. Das Raumschiff zum selbst Zusammenbauen hatte absolut keine Funktion, außer es in die Mitte des Spielfelds zu stellen. Back to the 80s... :D

An extra early game of Wayfarers this morning as I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. I did much better compared to last night. 76 to 76 (against the space AI) and I won the tie breaker.
Mt final panorama in Wayfarers of the South Tigris sure looks pretty but definitely didn't score many points. I think maybe it was the lack of space cards? Also, I went again the Journaling AI and he zipped right through the journal, triggering the game way quicker than I expected. But, I do have a much better feel for it now so I will try again tomorrow.

I played my first game of Final Girl today (a board game). Charlie, who looked like she could be the star of an action movie rather than a horror movie, and Gepetto, the puppet master with his evil puppet minions.
Lets just say, it didn't go well. Charlies little brother was killed in the big tent, and then victim after victim fell. Charlie took out several puppets, but eventually, puppets and puppet master ran out of victims and turned on Charlie. She took two minions out, but eventually, she fell to Gepetto himself.
