More than 3 weeks work, I was up until 4 this morning finishing it, it took 5 hours to upload, but exhibit #118 of 126, keyword "NFLD-40", of my great big graphics project is online.
This is the literal only known complete copy of this dataset in existence.
Prior to today it was only possible to see 1 of 35 incomplete copies of it by going in person to a secure facility in Canada, USA or Scotland, only 7 of which are in public hands.
If I put in a full day on it, there's a pretty good chance I could complete exhibit #118 of 126 of my great big graphics project by tonight.
I tell you, the color work on this has been coming out very nice. My techniques are done by hand and time consuming as all get out - I've been working on this one ~80 image dataset since the last week of September - but I'm arguably creating what will be the definitive version of this dataset and I'm happy with how this one looks. :)
Holy smoley, checking traffic on my infamous great big graphics project, Wellington New Zealand and Tokyo Japan, both places where these datasets were previously unavailable, have been using the big pipes to draw down the content. Obviously someone there appreciates my hard work. :)
Thanks!
Exhibit #118 of 126 is proceeding apace, some 51 images of the estimated 80 now in the can, 4 of the 6 fwippees completed, the unique centrepiece Mysteroned, and though it's going slow, it'll be definitive.
Just got past the centrepiece of exhibit #118 of 126 of my great big graphics project.
It was an engineering issue that I kinda had to break a rule or two to resolve but I think I pulled it off turning like thirty images into 8 finals with two of those artfully combined into one big puppy that isn't actually breaking a rule but is certainly bending some a bit.
Should be smoother sailing and progress being made again now I'm past that. Still 3 fwippees left to create and 30-some final images.
In great big graphics project news, I'm at the half way point in exhibit #118 of 126. There is an engineering problem I will need to overcome to Mysteron the center portion of this exhibit that has been expunged from the 35 official copies of this dataset. Not sure how I'm going to do this yet, I'll need to do some experimenting, but since I'm working with the literal only known copy of this intact dataset, gonna be slow and careful to make sure I do it justice.
I haven't posted about my great big graphics project in a bit.
Exhibit #118 has been slow slow going with redos and delays; real life has been taking up my energy and when I'm home I've been too wiped to work so I read and watch vids, mostly new-to-me old stuff.
I've got to go and redo two images which will mean recompositing two other shots so yays another example of yesterday me not getting it right the first time then not spotting it till later.
Keel laid on exhibit #118 of 126 keyworded "NFLD-40" of my famous great big graphics project.
I'm sitting across the room from it, the cat sitting on my hip on high alert lest I should forget it's cat dinner time right about now.
This one's going to be an engineering feat for me to Mysteron. I'm reckoning 80 images-ish but some are going to be atypical. Whole buncha content expunged from the official datasets including 6 fwippees and a buncha organics.
Queen, Super70s, and ReHeardle were never heardled by me before 😴, UK charts?
I love the 1HW song, but not a Hope in Hell, remembering the name of the artist. Plus, it's not suitable for public play 😞 NSFW
I was close to picking it on the first note, but there were so many copied riffs and intros that I waited..
