I actually composed this one myself! The original plan was to have more instruments to create a pseudo-orchestra, but when I finished with these ones it was already as good as it gets.

I decided to use the other instruments for the next song, to add some more variety to the soundtrack.

Fun fact, the main theme of Potatostrike already has most of these instruments playing in the same song!

When I first playtested the song with the game running, I was surprised to hear that the ship explosion sounds fit so well with it.

It almost sounds like the explosions are an a drum snare!

I also learned that the Plasma Cannon of the player fires at or near the same BPM, so it also fits quite nicely.
