Look 0 of my work involves HTML, well maybe 1-2 percent does; however, about 60% of my work involves regular expressions, grammar, lexical scanning and syntactic parsing, so it still irks me, and will irk me beyond my grave, when people say shit like ‘Don’t parse HTML/Markdown/etc with regex! Use a parser generator!’...

md_inline and md_compound use each other, and not only at the end xor the beginning of the rule, making this a non-type 3 grammar.

What is wrong with my script?

I’ve written a small bash script to help with updating various packages/dependencies on my machine (Pop!_OS) but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly for flatpak. If I run flatpak update in the terminal it will show that I have updates, but when running the script there aren’t any updates....

Do you run flatpak update with or without sudo in your terminal?

Then you should do the same in the script. Remove the sudo in front of flatpak update -y.

Nice visualizing tool. Please tell me when i can use it to visualize functions for the students in my tutorium. Also it might be worth it to tell people how long the survey roughly takes. That way someone who only has limited time available can better decide if they should try it now or later.

I already wanted to switch since i disliked the privacy issues, and then once my laptop got too slow for windows (1 min in a call/video before i got sound), i replaced the hdd with an ssd and installed linux mint, which i still use.

You need to do that, it is actually a bug that was fixed in a snapshot two weeks ago: bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-131646So it won’t be in 1.20.1, but in 1.20.3 when it is released. You could search if a mod backports/also adds that fix.

Most apps worked out of the box. It feels like gimp is a little bit (very tiny) slower at starting. For OpenTTD i had to manually add the x11 access in flatseal. And for osu! it is the only way i can play the current version, and that just works.
