    @passthejoe Can’t decide what’s worse, the folks tell you what to CW, or the people who constantly complain about the people telling them. I have unfollowed at least one notable person recently that did almost nothing but complain and repost what people had asked them to do. As you said, just mute/block and move on.

    @adam While I don’t think anyone has ill intent, yet. We already went down the path of a big central server with identi.ca. That didn’t workout so well. M.S is already “too big to fail” and hard to defederate from. This will only make that problem larger.

    @adam Go try to setup a new account on twitter.com. It’s five screens of info they want. It’s not an easy process and imho our current process is easier. It has to be possible to auto-select from a set of strongly vetted instances during onboarding rather than default to M.S.
