We were in Findhorn yesterday for a day out. It is famous for its long-standing eco-community but the village itself is very pretty. It sits at the head of a peninsula between the Moray Firth and a large bay. So lots of sea to look at, and very atmospheric in the afternoon winter sun.

Our wonderful local off-licence (Aussies, think bottlo but a bit posher) does an annual wine tasting. Pay not much money and then spend three hours tasting as much wine as you can. It’s a bit of a tradition for us and some friends to go along then get a curry afterwards. A nearby restaurant Tiger On The Wall does amazing food including off-the-scale fabulous chicken tikka pieces. That’s all I have a photo of this evening, though I followed it with a lentil thing that was phenomenal.

Honestly, when I first signed up like a year ago all the "art" and main instances were full... so I was clicking around and saw that "Scot" was available. Was happy I could land here given that I don't have any Scottish blood in me lol and have never been! It does look lovely though

A busy day in Braga. Lots of work to do. Even if I had been free to go exploring, it’s been deluging like… well, like there’s a climate collapse. So I’m only nipping out this evening, for some food. I found an excellent microbrewery bar. On the menu: something small and healthy.
