Just finished "The Empress of Salt and Fortune" by Nghi Vo.
It was well written, and nicely concise. Buttery. Nice for a change but not really my jam. 🤷

Tatting month continues! I'm enjoying some new colours from my crochet stash, and it's probably just as well they're a bit bigger because I had to pick back a lot of mistakes today. But that was good practice too, I guess! I miss the fixable nature of knitting, though.

Been a while since I worked a 9-5.

I'm tired, but in a good way?

Anyways, fixing computers as I walk around the office. Replacing printer drivers, mostly. Fixed the Xerox machine. Installed a network switch. Also, fixed the cameras at three locations. And repaired a laptop. Also, created a mail system for inboxes/outboxes for staff. Also white papered some ideas over to management (like an intranet).

I saw some of his art online and thought it looked like “Invisible Hands” from Liquid Television, which I LOVED. Same artist! This didn’t have quite the same level of twisted, creepiness as that animated series, but I was so happy to find his work in comic form. There’s more too.
