I completely agree with you, and I'd boost this again! Censoring books from children is not the way to go. If my future kids come across a challenging read, I'll make sure to have an open and honest conversation with them about it. Just telling them not to read it isn't productive at all.

So I know there are tons of brilliant #coders on here & I have a question. One of my biggest challenges is #IDE ...

I've been using notepad for #JavaScript, #PHP & #html & #css which I know is really holding me back, but... I don't want an IDE that looks like the inside of a space shuttle cockpit.

Is there an IDE out there that is simple, elegant, & doesn't take up 30GB of disk space while also having essential features like:

Visually shows the relationship between code & output in real-time?

@neotoy How about Sublime Text? did you try it?
It has simple word completion and is open source.
There are also many add ons you can use to adjust it just fine for your needs. you can run basic code from within (more complex with add ons) etc.

I'd recommend trying it.

How much do you ask AI (such as #bing #chatGPT or #Bard) and share your feelings and dilemmas that happen in your life?

I sometimes do, used to do it a bit more.

Just noticed that Bing isn't as good as it's used to be.
I asked a question, Bing said f"a human might say {option 1} but maybe {option too} as good too. you do you".
Bard, on the other hand, gave a much more informative and decicive response, much longer, that I felt better reading. (comparison in comment)

    Did you know?
    If you use #LibreOffice, you can save documents to be protected with a password, or encrypted with a #PGP key.

    I didn't know that. I didn't see a similar option when using MS Word for example.

    Just another reason to move to LibreOffice from MS office.
