Nun ja, auch wenn Passkey was gutes ist und von grossen Firmen bereits angeboten im Einsatz ist, fast keine kleinere Firma investiert in die Tools daführ. Dies auch mMn weil sie es als "zu teuer & unnötig" ansehen.

@kubikpixel Ich hab nie wirklich verstanden wieso Passkeys sicherer als Passwörter sein sollen. Hat jemand Zugriff auf mein Gerät dann auch auf den Passkey. Bei Passwörtern nicht. Verliere ich mein Gerät hab ich ein Problem. Irgendetwas hab ich nicht verstanden.

Das #Passwort System ist nicht simpel & da mensch sichere #Dienste von #Profis bezieht, ist auf dem ersten Blick teuer aber eben nicht diesen grossen #Verlust, dies kommt vermehrt überall im #Internet vor. Die Lösung ist wie der #Webdienst geplant & aufgebaut mit seinen #Daten- & Struktur.

    Dentist Round 2 unsucessful. One of the roots was still infected so it's been cleaned out and the tooth temporary-filled again, and I'm back in a few weeks hopefully for the final root filling.

    @kubikpixel Ja ist möglich. Hab ich aber nie verwendet. Ist für mich eher so eine Social Media Funktion für Insta und Konsorten. In einem Messenger seh ich den Sinn dafür nicht.

    Auch deswegen nutze ich YouTube nicht direkt, sondern Links über @invidious* oder nutze es mobil via @newpipe*, um Videos zu sehen und so weit frei vom Tracking zu sein. Leider sind noch nicht sehr viele anregende Videoproduktionen im Fediverse zB auf @peertube vertreten.
