I should probably mention two browser extensions that have made my life on #Mastodon much easier.

StreetPass checks every webpage that you look at for Mastodon authentication links, lighting up so that you can follow people whose work you like. https://streetpass.social/

Graze (Firefox only?) rewires the "Follow" buttons on other servers, so that it actually has you follow the person, instead of telling you HOW to follow. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/graze/

Vastly better experience.

WTF, I remember when I used to have 145 followers. For somehow reasons people decided to dislike my content and now I lost 4 people, so now I have 141 followers.

WHAT, what's wrong with my posts? Did I did something wrong? Why did you decided to unfollow from me?

@stefan The problem is, that I would like to vote with all of 3 options first: Privacy, Moderation/rules, Ability to tweak the experience.

But I don't selfhost currently, so I will however in feature do all of those things :-)

Friendica, Calckey, Misskey, Soapbox - all of them have Twitter-based UI and quotation posts support.

Now I see you guys trying to do the same thing as well with , by making Mastodon apps&browser extensions to make it look :birdsite: - based as well.

Fediverse isn't Twitter or Facebook or any other famous social media.

It started as the project of it's own, with it's own community!

It never meant to be a clone of dipshit.

I think, you should have in Notifications tab notifications about whenever anyone followed you and ask them to re-follow or at least let them know about the issue that you have currently :-(
