I'm super sceptical about this casino's guy #Cloudflare article. Why? Because I know that casinos are a huge problem for Cloudflare, and it personally affected me as a user back when who lived in a country that actively fights illegal casinos.

Casinos constantly set up mirrors on Cloudflare to circumvent government placed blocks, so I totally can see why Cloudflare wanted to push them on Enterprise—namely, they probably wanted them to use BYOIP, and that casino decided to throw a tantrum.

but also, complaints about threads are valid. it's the worst format in existence. mastodon and co really should have article attachments similar to how telegram does telegra.ph articles

so you get an inviting article embed and can press it to instantly read it, no need to open browser. plus maybe have the ability to select text and comment on it or share it with others

like I sign up for some service for free tier and they immediately sign up me for their pro trials, and then next time I actually want to try pro feature they go like ‘lol no ur already used u trial’

so I heard #dotnet people be like oh dotnet is real good now and stuff. I try it give an attempt, install dotnet sdk, official devkit extension in clear vscode and

it just doesn't work at all. no errors not anything, only error I was able to dig out was in the logs of devkit extension

so lmao if this is the DX you provide then lmao you are screwed

UPDATE: after a cycle of reinstalling the dotnet SDK the VS Code extension eventually started working?
