I really think he will, though he will try and couch it in more "touchy-feely" language, but this whole nonsense was effectively started under Blair, including formal contact with Tanzania for offshore processing, which is to follow what Australia does.

Just got 3 sets of related data for England, Scotland & Wales.
There's no central repository, has to come from each government's websites separately.
English data is supplied as .XLSX
Scottish data is supplied as a .CSV (but imports OK & the layout is same as English data, so comparison is easy.)
Welsh data is supplied as a .ODS (very good indeed, Wales, well done) but is laid out entirely differently from the English and Scottish data (BAD), making direct comparison extremely difficult.
