Well I had another good day. But tonight I feel the flushing in my cheeks and ears quite a bit.

At least I wasn't all sleepy/drowsy/heavy headed during the day for a third day in a row.

Still a work in progress it seems as this evening flushness is pretty shitty, but I'll take the small win today.

Harrison is the only one who is currently dead to me.
Rice is on a mega shit list for his lack of character, responsibility, and illegal bs. He's extremely young, and I can understand how immediate success contributed to his actions. It's not excusing.
