The PRA is a civil law that covers things like the president's diary and letters not classified documents or other government documents, which are the subject of the criminal charges. She's the lowest rating merely "qualified" ABA.

She wanted sample instructions on 2 very poor readings of the PRA, which isn't even at issue on this case. She asked DoJ to comment on her illogical instructions, then she replied underhandedly with "unjust" nonsense. Her response is untethered to law or facts means the possibility of her later allowing PRA instructions at trial, then issuing a bench ruling of Not Guilty, which would be unappealable & attaches Double Jeopardy.

I believe judge Cannon was given the lowest passing rating of "qualified" by the ABA during the nomination process.

In Rugby that would be a backwards pass because it left his hand backwards even though the ball drifted forwards because Allen was moving forward.

The NFL rule makes a lot more sense and is easier to officiate.

Remember back in 2017 when Telco puppet Ajit Pai, as head of the FCC, tried to fabricate evidence in support of his plan to kill the wildly popular Net Neutrality by having his Telco friends finance the submission of millions of fake comments to the FCC website? This was easily discovered because the same comments were simply copied & auto-submitted 1000s of times.

: Total Recall (1990). P.K. Dick invites us to ponder: is Douglas Quaid a humble construction worker who dreams that he's a secret agent on Mars, or is it the other way around? A. Schwarzenegger's and S. Stone's involvement makes the answer kind of obvious. And there's about half an hour of gratuitous fight scenes. Grade: OK.

In my own head canon the Philip K. Dick short story infects the logic of the movie which leaves you with two very different interpretations.
1 - The reality of the situation is so fantastic that no conventional story logic can invalidate it (anything that you would interpret as clues are just independent coincidences or reversed logic)
2 - If you can't accept #1 then absolutely nothing can be trusted
Viewed this way it's a superior experience imho
