Do you have any weird gaming / sound memory combinations?
It was 1998. My brother got Tenchu for Christmas. He also got the Phil Collins' Greatest Hits CD. Which is why I can't play this without singing Easy Lover.
It's very important to me that you know whenever I write the word "books" I want you to read it as Peter Falk's Princess Bride delivery of "When I was your age, television was called books".
Also that when my wife says "as you wish" I see her as Cary Elwes (not entirely bad)
Hey Bandits! Hope you've all had a wonderful bank holiday Monday (if you're in the UK).
Sorry for the quiet one, today. I have been sinking myself into a family outing, but I have also been delving into Theme Park World and wanted to share some memories with you 🥰
@gmr_leon I'm not a huge fan of thr silliness compared to other titles like Roller Coaster Tycoon (with this one having dancing buildings and thins) but it was still great
Did you ever get around to this one? I've dipped back again. Arrakis, Dune, Desert Planet, and the excellent John Rhys-Davies.
A lot of history with this title and the RTS genre and even back on PS1 it was a classic. The original Dune would be the template for C&C, from the same Westwood Studios 💕
In our mid-disc break it's very likely that we're going to head into #Discworld II for our Retro Sunday night streams. But is there something in here you'd like us to move on to after?
If you missed the original message then I need to sell the whole collection, for anyone able to get to Basingstoke with a van you can get an immediate retro collection for £6000
@ronald it's early access so there are definitely bugs and things. Not quite ready to give a difinitive yes / no but am enjoying it from what I've played so far! https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeC6UdQb/
All in all, #Discworld is probably my favourite "thing". My Mastermind specialist subject.
But the video games. Oh the video games. Incredible casting. Wonderful humour. Insane object puzzles / clever lateral thinking exercises. And Rincewind.
