What's important for me: People acting in the name of ideologies and conspiracy narratives may seem mentally ill for armchair psychologists (perhaps a minority even is). But these propagandists and fascists are so mentally clear that they can and must be held fully responsible for their actions in court!

Crazy, I need artificial light, at the end of May! The behaves like they were in a jungle kitchen, cooking rose petal gazpacho and slime mould soup. Water gnomes giggle in cushions of moss and fallen branches green from the air. The stones dress up and apply snail slime masks to combat wrinkles.

Hey @weaving, wir haben in der Schule diesen etwas älteren Webrahmen, mit dem ich mich gerne auseinandersetzen würde. In der Literatur, die ich aktuell habe, habe ich nur Anleitungen für Gatterkammwebrahmen. Habt ihr eine Empfehlung, wonach ich da suchen muss? Gibt es einen Namen dafür? Mir geht's darum, wie ich da eine neue Kette draufbekomme.

@Nike_Leonhard @herbstjuste Leider nicht, Weben ist auch im Museum nicht so unser Ding. Aber der Post ging ja an die betreffende Gruppe raus (da braucht ne Weile, bis die alle lesen), Hashtags helfen auch.
Hier sind einige Webende, allerdings meist englisch. Findet man unter weaving / handweaving als Hashtags.

Der Trump Prozess ist noch nicht zu Ende, das Urteil nicht gesprochen. Dass der #SWR mitten in den Nachrichten dem Angeklagten so viel O-Ton-Platz gibt, um seine Faschistenpropaganda loszuwerden und den Richter zu beschuldigen, ist ein journalistisch wie ethisches Unding. Kolleg*innen, was habt ihr gelernt?! Fandet ihr das schick?

@lichtscheu Boah, hab ich in freier Natur noch nie gesehen!

Hier in Frankreich sind sie streng geschützt, weil sie in einigen Regionen in Gefahr sind, in einigen bereits kritisch vom Aussterben bedroht (Elsass z.B.). In der Auvergne sind sie bereits ausgestorben.
Auch wenn sie weltweit nicht bedroht sind, sieht das regional also oft ganz anders aus: Menschen nehmen ihnen Lebensräume, vor allem Feuchtgebiete.

In June, a group of 20 ten-year-olds are doing a school project on and . And I'm learning something new: together with our boss, a former teacher, and the president of the association, I'm in charge of the morning in our . He will give a guided tour, and we women will teach (topic: nature) using and . I'm preparing a treasure chest with material for feeling textures and paper butterflies. Every child can take treasures and exchange them.

@arielle Thank you for your feedback! 😊 My treasure chest is also a method for starting a visible mending workshop with adults and improving group dynamics.
With adults, everyone can take 3 parts but then they must exchange 2 parts with others. And you can keep the parts only if you exchange. The surprise in adults is always interesting to watch. 😁

@mem_somerville Great to see your #tatting, and it exists even a hashtag! This may explain why our 84 yrs old colleague with her tatting workshops is always fully booked. She teaches it in our French cultural heritage centre, in French "frivolité" (= frivolity).

Morgen werde ich endlich ein Projekt fertigstellen. Ich habe ca. 2 Jahre daran gearbeitet. Die meiste Arbeit war Koordination.
In einer 6. Klasse im lokalen Gymnasium haben Kinder Texte für Steckbriefe zu Vögeln erstellt. Diese Texte habe ich dann, zusammen mit einem Foto in eine lokale Förderschule gebracht wo die Kinder im Rahmen vom Computerunterricht die Texte in Textbearbeitungsprogrammen auf Papier gebracht haben. Das Foto dazu und dann laminiert.
In der Tagesförderstätte in der ich arbeite haben wir im Winter aus alten Paletten Schautafeln gebaut. Mit Spanngurten werden diese Tafeln mit Steckbriefen morgen am Grundstück eines Kanuverleihs an Bäume gehängt.

Die Idee eines Vogellehrpfads wird noch weitergedacht. In Kooperation mit Gymnasium und Förderschule werden wir weitere Steckbriefe zu Vogelarten erstellen. Dieses mal aber zusätzlich mit QR Codes die, auf einem Server liegende Audiodateien abrufen(Vogelstimmen+gelesener Steckbrief)und kleinen Aufklebern die mit einem Stift gelesen werden können.

@Laszlo Großartige Idee, vor allem mit der Vernetzung von Schulen und anderen Stellen. Ich kann mir annähernd vorstellen, was für eine immense Arbeit dahintersteckt. Drum wünsch ich viel Erfolg, aber auch ein wenig Erholung!
