I’ve never done this before, laid out all of my Polish ceramics, grouped according to their various patterns. I wanted to see what I have, so I know which lives to buy next. My partner, haphazard about most things, would find this odd, but it’s given me enormous pleasure.

My partner & I started with a few mugs years ago, & have gradually added to the collection over the years. It is hard wearing and we use it every day. A dear friend gifted me with the baking & serving dishes for my 60th. (Embarrassingly extravagant.)

I think that allowing myself to do this is part of my unmasking, to myself.

Pigglepants was home alone all day. We went for a walk when I got home and she did zoomies around me the whole way. When we returned she hopped in the pool for a few laps and now it's the other lap for a nap.

For the concerned citizens. This is a regularly walked dog, despite rain. She has also had a swim. We also played 'Here Have My Toy, HaHa You Can't Have It' for quite some time. She usually falls asleep with her head on my pillow which is strictly forbidden.

A quick, maybe not, a story

My mum had had enough of my brother's violence, damaging things and beating me and he did hit mum too ... So after many interventions by family and even a school headmaster of our primary school, police, and the education system. Mum decided that one of those boot camps for children that deals with issues with violence for young adults ... It needs "both" parents to sign a consent form ... This is where it went pear shaped

My brother's father {same as mine} wouldn't sign anything, threaten legal action, rang mum's parents and sisters and gave them a hard time ... So finally after months and months of his anger towards them and mum she gave in, under one condition that he {father} would help, by spending time and even have my brother move in with him ... As you all may guess, this never happened ... Who would have thought that

So, at the same time I wanted to come out, I was just 13 ... I didn't, why? ... I didn't want my mother or her family to get the wrath from the beast about raising a sissy

When was your first kiss {french kiss}? Age/sex/location/story

I was 14, it was with a boy, Melrose Park ... It was our first date, we grabbed some Chinese and drove down to the water ... A boat ramp ... We sat next to each other on the bonnet, I think it was a Ford, built like a tank ... Jesse took all the rubbish to the bin ... I was still sitting on the bonnet, he stood in front of me, he had his hands on my thighs ... And we chatted like this for a while ... He said let's go and pulled me off the bonnet ... My eyes were glued to his ... Just as I was on the ground ... We kissed ... And I melted, my legs nearly failed me ... Giggles ... Or was like fireworks

@melissabeartrix I was 14. It was two boys, twins. They walked me home after a party that I shouldn't have been at. They were a few years older and I was.probably very lucky it didn't turn out different. I was just left confused.

But seriously how strange is it to see feedback on the young version of yourself. Everyone of my primary school reports says 'quiet and conscientious child'. Meanwhile I can look back now and realise I was an introverted and highly anxious sad child.
